At BristolStyle UK, we offer an optional auto-replenishment programme that allows customers to receive their selected products on a recurring basis without the need to place a new order each time. By completing a purchase that activates this programme, you are agreeing to the terms described in this policy. Please read this document carefully before completing your purchase, as it contains important information regarding recurring charges to your payment method.
How the Subscription Works
When you complete a qualifying purchase through our website, your payment details will be saved securely and a recurring billing arrangement will be activated automatically upon completion of that initial transaction. This means that approximately every twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the date of your initial purchase, your saved payment method will be charged automatically and a new order will be created and dispatched to the delivery address associated with your account. This process will continue indefinitely at each twenty-eight day interval until you choose to cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation procedure described further below in this policy.
Pricing of Recurring Orders
It is important that you understand the following before completing your purchase. Any promotional pricing, introductory discount, limited-time offer, or reduced pricing that may have been applicable to your initial order applies exclusively to that first transaction only. All subsequent recurring orders processed under this subscription programme will be charged at the full standard retail price applicable to your selected product at the time each individual billing event is processed, regardless of the price you paid on your initial order and regardless of any promotional pricing that may be available to new customers at the time your recurring charge is processed. The full standard retail price will be clearly displayed on our website product page and may be subject to change from time to time, in which case we will endeavour to notify you in advance of any price change taking effect on your subscription account.
Payment Processing & Authorisation
By entering your payment details and submitting your initial order, you are providing BristolStyle UK with your explicit authorisation to charge your payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with the twenty-eight day billing cycle described in this policy. This authorisation remains active and in effect until your subscription is cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid, that sufficient funds or available credit are maintained, and that your billing and contact details remain up to date. In the event that a recurring payment cannot be processed successfully — for example due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or any other issue with your payment instrument — we reserve the right to reattempt the charge, to suspend your subscription order pending successful payment, and to contact you using the details associated with your account to request updated payment information.
Delivery of Subscription Orders
Once a recurring charge has been processed successfully, your subscription order will be prepared and dispatched in accordance with our standard order processing and delivery timescales. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to variation due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or periods of high demand. We do not accept liability for delays in delivery that are attributable to third party carriers or to circumstances beyond our control, provided that we have dispatched your order within our standard processing timeframe.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly through the Contact Us page, which can be found in the navigation menu at the top of our website. To ensure that your cancellation is processed before your next billing date, we strongly recommend submitting your cancellation request at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your next scheduled charge date. Cancellation requests submitted after a charge has already been processed will take effect from the following billing cycle, meaning the order associated with that charge will still be fulfilled and dispatched. We are unable to issue refunds for charges that have already been successfully processed and for which an order has been fulfilled, except where your statutory rights under applicable United Kingdom consumer protection legislation apply. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation in writing to the email address associated with your account within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable United Kingdom consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
